What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal for all transactions to ensure a secure and smooth checkout process.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours. Once the order has been shipped, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code at checkout, and the discount will be automatically applied to your total. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Standard shipping takes approximately 7-21 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
